Moving Home

If you are already registered with Bennfield Surgery and move home, you may continue to be registered if you remain with the “outer boundary” of our catchment area. Please ask reception for details of our outer boundary.

If you are a registered patient who moves outside of our catchment area, you will be asked to find a new GP surgery. Information on local GP surgeries within your new catchment area can be found on the NHS Choices website.
