Our practice is currently open for new patients to the register, if residing within our practice area (details below).
Thank you for applying to join Bennfield Surgery as an NHS patient. We offer a wide range of services and these can be found in either the patient leaflet, or on the ‘Services’ page of this website.
Please complete the New Patient Registration Form (below) for each person wishing to register and return it to the surgery using the methods listed on the form.
Registration can take up to 2 weeks to complete.
Once you are registered, you will receive confirmation of registration and be encouraged to book an appointment with a Nurse or Healthcare Assistant for a New Patient Health Check. This appointment is important so that we have a full understanding of your health needs.
We would like to consider ourselves as a friendly, welcoming practice and enjoy good relationships with most of our patients. However, we do operate a ‘Zero Tolerance’ policy on violence, verbal or physical abuse. Visitors who are considered aggressive or abusive will be asked to leave the premises.

Named GP
In line with Government guidelines, all patients registered at Bennfield Surgery will be allocated a named GP. As has always been our practice, patients can continue to see a Doctor of their choice, regardless of who the named GP is.
Once registered, you will be sent confirmation of your named GP by text or by letter.
