Friends and Family Test
The NHS Friends and Family Test (FFT) was created to help service providers and commissioners understand whether patients are happy with the service provided, or where improvements are needed.
Here at Bennfield Surgery, we welcome and value your feedback.
The FFT is a voluntary questionnaire which can be submitted to the practice anonymously.
The results will be collected, and we will analyse them to see if any action is needed.
This does not replace any formal comments/complaints procedure in place. This is to give us an overall impression of how we are doing.
You can complete the questionnaire by:
- Completing and submitting the form below
- Printing a copy of the word document and brinking it to the surgery/pop it in the post box.
- Download the word document, complete electronically and email it to cwicb.bennfieldreception@nhs.net
- Picking up a paper copy from reception

Thank you for completing the Friends and Family Test. Responses received to the question “Overall, how was your experience with our service” in February 2025 totalled 1 with the following results:
- Very Good – 100%
- Good – 0%
- Neither Good Nor Poor – 0%
- Poor – 0%
- Very Poor – 0%
